Affiliate Terms
and Conditions
We can terminate your participation in the photoblocker.com
affiliates program at any time for any reason.
Termination could result in our program for
unethical practices such as spamming (the sending
of unsolicited email), linking to our site from
offensive or pornographic sites, etc.

Any
action that intentionally attempts to
create sales, leads, or click-throughs
using robots, frames, iframes, scripts,
or manually "refreshing" of
pages, for the sole purpose of creating
commissions
WILL RESULT IN MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION
AND VOIDED COMMISSIONS.

We will not be liable for indirect, special
or consequential damages or any loss of
revenue, profits or data arising in connection
with this program.

We will not be liable for loss of revenue
due to any computer failures, any server
failures or any problem that may cause
commission and sales records to be lost.

It is your responsibility to notify us
of a change in your mailing address by
sending us an email to affiliate@phantomplate.com
stating your are requesting a change
of address along with your name, address,
phone number and ID#.

If
you are both an affiliate and also a dealer,
your commission payments are paid as a
credit in products towards your next order
through the dealer program. For example,
if your commission is $200, Photoblocker.com
will send you Photoblocker.com products
worth $200 (commission payment divided
by wholesale price) on your next order.

will pay you 20% on the approved purchase
requests of customers who initially follow
a special URL assigned to you that you
place on your web site.
